I find all of our Frazer Family unit members willing to aid teach, train, and raise the level of everyone's skill gear up too as continually amend communication skills, improve efficiencies, and more. I truly marvel at the talent in our work place! Regarding pay, we subscribe annually to Bacon.com (not just the free stuff you encounter on their website). We input our company size, industry, and region to ensure our pay falls within the standard range and we oft sit at the upper limits of it. We too offer competitive benefits including fully roofing employee only medical with optional dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401k match, PTO accrual from day one, annual performance reviews, and more.     I am a nine year employee with Frazer. To say that I have seen the company simply "abound" over the last ten years is a massive understatement. The company moved from 2nd to third generation family ownership, the civilisation has undergone a MASSIVE revamping and is now at the forefront of every decision made, on-boarding is more thorough and consistent across the company, grooming and cross training is encouraged and happening regularly, we rent/promote from within before posting for jobs externally, and the potential for growth is almost unlimited. To speak for myself, I was interviewed for an open driving position but was hired onto the Purchasing Team. Within a matter of months, a Sales position opened and I was asked past my current manager to interview for that part. I started at an entry level position on the Sales Team and had the mindset of a sponge - learn equally much equally I could and align myself with people that wanted to teach. I grew through the ranks to eventually become Sales Manager and then transitioned to a newly created role, VP of Strategic Accounts. I love serving our customers because I respect and value the first responder services that they provide to their communities. I love that we are standing to push boundaries and endeavor things the industry has never seen before. Your story is similar that of so many at Frazer; you started in one expanse and over time concluded up somewhere completely different. Nosotros promote from within everywhere possible. You followed your strengths and passions and ended up in the perfect place for you lot and Frazer.
